A-305 Automatic Welding Carriage is a pipeline automatic external welding equipment independently developed and manufactured by Xionggu Electrical.
It is mainly used for circular seam welding of long distance pipelines, petrochemical and water pipelines. It has the three-direction arc tracking function: vertical, horizontal, and bevel width tracking. It can be used for root pass, fill and capping pass welding of pipe joints.

There are mainly the following causes (including but not limited to):
1. The bevel precision doesn’t meet standards;
2. Incorrect shielding gas ratio;
3. The pipe joint is not grinded, and the bevel edge is damaged;
4. The spatters on the nozzle, contact tip and gas diffuser is not cleaned timely after each layer of welding;
5. Poor grounding;
6. Wind protection measures are not in place;
7. The generator output voltage is unstable or exceeds the normal range.
8. The contact tip is worn and damaged, resulting in current and voltage instability or sudden change during welding.
