Yieh Phui, one of the major coating steel mills in Taiwan has decided to raise the domestic prices for its galvanized and pre-painted steel products by NT$300/ton for December, driven by increased demand from the US construction market and rebounded steel prices in global market.
Also, Yieh Phui planned to release its export prices for next February in mid-December. The firm planned to raise its export prices by US$20/ton for next February.
Yieh Phui said that it has received more than 80% orders from both Taiwanese domestic and overseas market this month.
